At last week’s Northern TUC Conference 2011 UNISON Deputy Regional Convenor Kenny Bell received the Terry Rodgers Award for his outstanding contribution to the trade union movement as an organiser, negotiator, campaigner, recruiter and developer of new activists second to none.
