PSI shares fall as markets anticipate fierce union opposition to privatisation‏

The Guardian is reporting that outsourcing companies have seen their shares fall back. Capita is leading the FTSE 100 losers, down 35p to 781.5p, while Serco has slid 17.5p to 611p.
