BA anti-union discrimination could put UK government in the dock‏

BA's punitive removal of travel benefits from strikers may lead to a complaint by Unite members to the Strasbourg court that their human rights have been violated and “any such complaint would be brought against the government, not the employer, for it is the legal responsibility of the government to ensure that treaty obligations are respected.”
