South East Region backs Dave Prentis for GS

Another UNISON region - South East region meeting in Guildford - today backed Dave Prentis in the General Secretary election.

A strong majority of regional committee members backed Dave following speeches by all four candidates.

Eleven out of 12 UNISON regions have now backed Dave Prentis.

The Norther Regional Council meets next Tuesday 30 March and will consider a unanimous regional committee recommendation to back Dave.
