Con Dem cuts crippling Universities & Colleges‏

The Guardian reports that Universities and Colleges in England “are being forced to do without £82m that the government had promised them for the current financial year”. A London academic complained that Government cuts are ‘sabotaging the financial planning in the sector with job cuts, larger classes and reduced standards of teaching inevitable consequences of the Con Dem cuts.
