It describes at length how Andy Webb-Vidal uses a very narrow range of sources when reporting from latin america. In the case of Webb-Vidal these were Venezuela Opposition leaders, Us based think tanks that share the view that Venezuela is a strategic threat in the region and spokespersons for foreign governments - primarily US sources but also anonymous diplomats who share the same view.
