Up to 200,000 NHS jobs could be at risk by the time of the next General Election in 2015, according to an analysis by Dr Éoin Clarke. The Coalition Programme for Government contained (broken) pledges 'to stop the top-down reorganisations of the NHS' and 'free NHS staff from political micromanagement' but says nothing about the jobs carnage outlined by Dr Clarke. The Con Dem's are committing the crime of the century against the NHS and its workforce. Whilst it is increasingly likely that they will pay the price at the next General Election - for hundreds of thousands of NHS workers Thursday 7 May 2015 will come around too late:
